The Center for Organizational Energy, LLC, is the provider of professional development seminars, and organizational development training and consulting services, to businesses in the
Northeastern United States.

more are customers of this product offering. We share these names with you because they are widely known, but the majority of our work is done with small to medium-size companies.
In our research, we have found that companies typically have two major problems:
1. Systems Problems 2. People Problems
Examples of systems problems would be computers, copiers, buildings, etc. With these problems you hire a technician who is an expert in that field to come in and help you solve the problem. Your main focus is on building your business; not learning the technical skills needed to fix a system problem. When it comes to people problems, the same expertise is needed and that is where we can help.

We have created a series of half-day seminars that are offered publicly or they can be delivered in-house, to your employees, on your schedule. Companies cannot afford to take their people out of production for long periods of time. That is why our format is so popular.
